As requested, I'm reuploading the AV2 scripts, which include several updates like the blacklist script, triggered simply by /blacklist.  The highlight script has had a revamp as well.  Also various bug fixes and glitches taken care of as well.  The package includes mIRC 7.04 and all of the AV2 scripts already loaded.

It's (I think) a script that contains many useful features such as a PM blocker (of sorts), a HL script, a blacklist script, and more!@# But I haven't seen it
